The payment process in your purchases works as follows:

You select the product you wish to buy.
You enter your sender and recipient information related to the order.
You select the payment method.

If you choose to pay by credit card:

You enter your credit card details.
These details are not stored in our system and are sent directly to the bank’s system.
The bank system verifies your information and redirects you to your bank’s 3D Secure payment page.
After verification, your bank sends a security code to your mobile phone via SMS.
After entering the security code, your payment is completed.
Your order is confirmed.

If you choose bank transfer (wire transfer):

Your order is registered in the system.
You make the payment to the provided bank account details.
You notify us after completing the payment.
Your order is then confirmed and completed.
