On special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc., orders cannot be taken for a specific delivery time. All orders are considered for same-day delivery during the day.

There is no cut-off time for same-day delivery. For deliveries outside the city center, an additional fee may apply. In such cases, the customer is informed during checkout under the shipping fee section in the order summary.

We guarantee that the products sent will be as close as possible to the selected item. However, due to seasonal conditions, if the exact product is not available, the closest possible alternative will be delivered. Incorrect payments are fully refundable and guaranteed by our company.

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, the product may be delivered to a neighbor, building concierge, or authorized personnel, and the customer will be informed.

If the recipient refuses to accept the order, the responsibility belongs to the customer. In such cases, no refund will be made and no refund request will be accepted.
